Product Warranty

DIPLOMAT, STELXIS, VERAGE and SEAGULL products are manufactured from high quality materials and are tested to meet the company’s strict quality standards.


DIPLOMAT, STELXIS, VERAGE and SEAGULLproducts have two (2) years warranty from the date of purchase, on materials and workmanship. In specific products with relevant marking, there is possibility of a longer warranty.

PETRO S.A. has the right to repair or replace, at its decision, the product with a manufacturing failure. For repair or replacement, within warranty, please contact the store where you purchased the product. Transportation costs to and from the service point or store are paid by the customer.

Warranty and After Sales, cover only Greek territory and some European countries where there is a local distributor.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abnormal use or neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, acids, etc.

Aesthetic damage, such as scratches, dents, stains, discolorations or other alterations to the appearance of the product that do not affect its functionality, are excluded from the warranty. Tampering with and destroying locks and padlocks for any reason is not covered by the warranty.

Labor costs and damages that may occur during the repair of the product by third parties other than approved service points are not covered by the warranty.

Each carrier (e.g. airlines, ships, buses, etc.) is solely responsible for damage to your luggage. Please always check your luggage upon collection for damage and immediately submit a claim to your carrier before leaving the terminal.

After Sales / Product Repair

In order to achievecustomer satisfaction, PETRO SA, maintains genuine spare parts for all its products for a long period of time, over 3 years. However, in some cases, repairs even under warranty may be made with a spare part in a different color than the initial color.

For your fastest and best after sales support, we collaborate with specialized technical service points in Greece (Athens and Thessaloniki). In addition, simple repairs can also be made in specific retail stores throughout Greece.

For any damage outside the warranty period, you can bring your product to an authorized repair point to estimate the repair cost.

The consumer is responsible for sending and receiving back its product to a repair point or store or representative, accompanied by a sealed warranty card and/or proof of purchase.

Contact us through Email: sales@diplomat.gr to inform you about the repair process of your product. If it is possible, attach some photos of the product and the area that needs repair.
